Twenty years after writing the first version of the Aim For The Heart book, I have gathered valuable insights and experiences along the way. This shift allows us to focus on meaningful connections, personal growth, and experiences that enrich our lives. As we gain more life experience, we understand the weight of holding onto grudges and the healing that comes with forgiveness. It takes strength to forgive, but it's a powerful lesson to learn.
